[asterisk-tech] ZAP-HFC Card failure

Hello All,

One of my HFC cards shows as active for about 15 seconds after restarting 
the asterisk services, thereafter it goes to  down.

if I swop my ISDN lines between the two cards I have installed, the problem 
gets carried to span 2, so it does appear to be a line fault.
Has anyone seen this before?
Any ideas on what I should tell telkom when I call them to fix this issue?
